I lived in the original Olde Farm in a 1 BD townhouse... all the 1 BD townhouses are 2 story, so there's no one above you. It was the quietest place I've ever been in East Lansing. The layout was perfect! The appliances were fairly new, and the carport was huge. I loved my larger patio area, and I really enjoyed having my bedroom and bathroom upstairs away from the other living areas. I moved to New York last year, so I had to leave Olde Farm -- but I miss it!!! There's only one staff person, and she isn't always there, but that's because it's a smaller community. Someone always answered the phone though, so it was never a huge deal.
