I moved into Olde Farm a few months ago and so far so good. I love the patio, it's great especially for this time of the year. The carports have extra storage which is definitely helpful. I love having a townhouse and private entrance, it feels like a home instead of a big apartment complex. There are ducks, geese, and all sorts of other animals becaue of the pond, which is cute! My only wish is that it was a dog friendly community. If they change the pet policy to allow dogs, I'd be the happiest tenant ever :) It's really quiet here, you can't hear your neighbors at all. The office staff is nice and maintenance is very efficient and honest. Oh, big bonus, washer and dryer in the apartment. Love it!
