I would never reccommend anyone living there ever!! They Are Rude, inconsiderate, Don't Care about anything but there money, never did maintnance, nothing. An absolute waste of my money. We put more money into that Apartment, and the management Company than we ever should have. Our Apartment was Covered in Mold, our Apt Flooded from the Toilet, I mean 4 inches of water in the Apt. They Tried to Dry it with Fans, and Refused to give us new carpet. we ended up getting sick from all the mold that was growing in our apartment, and they wouldn't do anything about it, nothing. DO NOT RENT AT THE PINES.
