I have lived here for 8 mos now and the service has been awful. The apartment smells musty most of the time and I have complained about this till I gave up. The stove didn't work for the first 8 weeks that we lived here and the hot water heater went out and took 3 weeks to fix. There is no rebate on your rent when you are living with out cooking facilities or hot water either. When complaints are made, the office staff complains about the management company being ineffective. The front bedroom has little or no insulation and although there is a heat duct, the heat doesn't reach this room. This winter, with the door shut, the room temprature was measured at 36 degrees farenheit. In the winter when the sun came up at 8:00 am, the outside lighting was shut off at approximately 6:00 AM. Now that the sun is up at that time, the outside lighting is still on at 7:30 A M.
