I lived at Spartan Village for 1 1/2 years and it is not worth the money. It is very small and the students are always throwing parties,into the late mornings. You call the police and they never come out unless you tell them someone has a weapon, then there out in less then a minute. I never had problems with roaches but the ants are a nother story, I mean they were ever where! My apartment was near a railroad track so I was continually hearing the trains but thay was ok. If you can live someone where nicer then it would be in your best interest to do so!!!!
