Some facts:
- The apt is soo old and outdated with the worst doors & carpet I've ever seen
- Mail goes to the community center (it's 20 minute walk for some people living on the corner of the complex)
- You have to walk to the laundry building which could be a 15 min walk
- Close to the railroad
- Bad staffs
- Thin walls - you can hear your neighbor on the sides and above/below
- Very creepy at night

Good things:
- All utilities are covered cable, internet, phone
- Very close to campus
- On a reliable campus bus route
- Lots of activities provided for family and kids
- Very green in summer with lots of trees and open spaces
