I have been staying in Spartan Village for 2 years now, and I love it. Earlier I used to stay in a 2 bedroom remodeled apts but now I stay in a 1 bedroom renovated apartment. The renovated apts are waaay better than remodeled ones. The fittings are good, you have sink disposal, good bathrrom fittings, a walk in closet and wooden flooring. They make the apts look good.
The pluses of staying in Spartan Village are its proximity to the university, frequent bus service, safety, constant police patrolling, excellent maintenance, cheap laundry, fitness center, gym, great parking, everything included in rent and access to paid journals that you can only access through MSU Net.
The only downside is small space. Also, the rent is a little high, but outside, it would turn out to be the same given all these facilities and the cost of driving to campus everyday. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I am a resident here too, and I totally agree. Whenever I see super positive reviews I always wonder whether the management is going on here to screw us, but everything this person wrote is true. I have been super happy (although you better like your roommate a lot because the apartments aren't that big and the walls are thin). I think it is a fantastic deal though money-wise, and the new apartments really are new. I have loved living here and am sad I have to move for clinical rotations next year :(
