The apartments are fairly good. Closet space is a problem though.

Response to service requests is not quite as prompt as it can be - can take as long as 2 to 3 days. I've been in places where things are fixed in 2-3 hours every time.

They are pretty nice about lease extensions - only $10/month more if you want to go on a month to month basis after your lease expires.
