Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
just moved in and i have not had one request not honored. i like my place, the staff seems nice and helpful. i had a water damaged floor and they replaced it all through the apartment, myfridge was less that addiquite and safe, and without question they replaced it for me. mauintence came with in 24 hours eveytime i have called.
i dont have a car yet so i dont know about parking. and as far as neighbors, the complex has no control over what their tenents do so they are not to blame.
