i lived ther for almost 5 yr because it was close to my children school i paid my rent on time every month they never fixed any thing my boyfriend who was an maintenence man some where eles would fix all the problems we had there was a bunch of msu students loud dealing drug in the parking lot at all times of the night.i move an i recieved a bill for them for there old carpet that was in there for 5 or 6 yrs old also the person befor me put up drywall an i get charged wtf.i got charged for just a bunch of ramdom thing but when i go an call the manager to talk about the charges "DIANE" the manager dont want to talk about it.if you thing your moving to east lansing to get out of the getto DONOT live her its like living in one of the getto apartments on the south side of lansing. there is never no place to park i had to park around the coner just to get a spot the laundry is sooo nasty ther was a couple time my daughters cloths got ink an gum on them from the dryers.all the electric problem is the worst all the apartment complexes are like ticking time bombs because the management is to cheep to fix them all.the grounds has dog poop every where no one pick there dogs poop up.
