The only pro of University Terrace is it's location. It's located very close to campus.

However, the management company (DTN) is completely worthless. We had a major leak in our bathroom ceiling and it took them 6 months to fix. They would not give us our security deposit back and said it was something really lame. They are really bad when it comes time to show your apartment - they don't care about the current renters, they only care about getting more people to live there and once you move in they don't care about you any more. So, when it's time to lease apartments again, expect them to call 5 minutes before they want to show up.

You only get one parking spot per apartment, too. There would be homeless men living in the stairs from time to time.

If you want to have a good location, try any apartment in the area NOT rented by DTN.
