Walls are paper thin, rent is rediculious for the quality of the furnishings, "high speed internet" is only 128kbps if you're lucky, beds and all furniture included at apartment has quality and durability of somthing you would buy at Walmart, can't have a grill, can't have anything on your balcony but chairs. This place just sounds too good to be true before you move in, as I have found. Were told electric bills range from $40-$50 per month, well mine has not been below $140. I reccommend everyone stay away from here, unless you're checking out some scenery on a hot summers day at the pool. After 3 months, I am termination my lease... g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
