We lived here during 2002-2003 and liked the place so much we agreed to resign for 2003-2004. That was before the management team was replaced for the umpteenth time. New management is ridiculous, and trigger-happy to fine you for any little thing. To give you an idea, our balcony light bulb burned out, we recieved notice to fix it in 24 hours. Clog your toilet' thats 20 dollars if they have to fix it. And don't even get started on noise violations. If anyone complains for any level of noise at any time of the day, you are written up and face ridiculous fines. Oh and if you think East Lansing's fines for noise are ridiculous, wait until you see Bath Townships. At east E> has the "party indicators" that set guidelines on breaking the rules. Bath has no guidelines, and first time offenders face a 700 dollar fine
