I haven't had any problems with the so called "horrible" management. I have tried to use the hot tub a couple of times but it was broke, b/c the residants have trashed it. The internet goes in and out and that is annoying but since they say they are updating the security features on it, it is ok with me since someone hacked into my computer and started downloading porn and saving it on to my computer. I have lived in Cedar Village and a couple other houses in east lansing and I think this is better. It is cheaper, nicer, there is parking for guests and there is even a bar with a HUGE patio right in front of the place. Don't listen to these people that complain about being fined for trash or having late fees, take out your own trash and pay your damn rent on time and you won't have that problem. Don't hack into the servers and the internet will work fine. Don't throw your beer cans and ciggarette butts in the hot tub and it will be open all the time. I would definatly recommend living here.
