I honestly haven?t experienced many problems while living here. If something comes up it is resolved immediately. As long as you pay the bills on time, you?re fine. The amenities are great and is what sold me on living here. Washer/Dryer, free fitness center, tanning, internet, cable with HBO, etc... I compared prices and you?re getting your money?s worth here. Yes be prepared to drive everywhere, but it?s definately worth it to me living in brand new apartments rather than run down holes that are closer to campus. Actually the most common annoyances around here are the other tenants, some people don?t know what common courtesy is. Most people who say they have problems here, more than likely brought it upon themselves.
