If you treat the employee bad, how can you treat the tenant'

As someone who knows a little about Chandler let me share this. 1st of all expect new construction to never be as good as something older. 2nd a week to get all of those apartments and bedrooms completed is not very long at all. You really have to work around the clock. But 3rd and most importantly the employees are always changing because they are treated awful. If an employee tells you something that turns out to not me true that is usually management lying to them. They are always saying something and them changing it so that the employee or the former management gets the blame. Let me say this If management keeps changing maybe there is a good reason. They are not allowed to do their job. Everything the new management ties to do is changed or not allowed. If something negative happens and you think it is one of the leasing staffthink again; it is probably the management or owners doing this. They will charge you for everything that they can. I would definitly challenge some of their late charges. I bet the judge will side with you. Anyway please have some sympathy for the leasing staff. They are on your side but they have a job that they have to do-until the management changes again or they are lucky enough to find another job.
