A lot of people talk thier ---- about The Village, and cut it down, and blah blah, but, like any other Student Housing Community, your not going to have the luxery of knowing who your going to live with, but at least the Village takes the time to figure out who will be a compatable roommate.
I have lived in four different apartments here, and have had ZERO problems with moving in and out. i must say that at the beginning, the Management team switched three times, and acted very un-professional, but at the end the kinks were all worked out, and now, the staff and managment here are great,and will do whatever it takes to make people happy. as for the ammenities go, theres never a opprotunity to get bored here. In the Summer they throw pool partys, with food, prizes, and a DJ, they even want you to invite your friends. in the winter months, they hang christmas stockings on your door handle, full of candy and B-dubb stuff. also, you get a ton of things when u move in. What other Student Housing community will go out of thier way to give you all the things the village gives you. If you are responsible, and pay your rent (which they give you 5 days after the first to pay it), dont act childish and destroy property, then you will have a fun and enjoyable time here. The moral of the story is, the Positives, out-weigh the negatives, and I give this place 100%.
