Lived here the year it opened and the year after - signed up because of the "ample parking" and the pool. Parking situation went to ---- halfway through the first year and now sucks worse after phase 2 opened up. Managment was a revolving door early on. What good is a hot tub that closes at 10 pm'' are we in college or at a retirement community'' Managment decided to call cops on us for "trespassing" as we used roomates room for storage after he was deployed to Iraq. Trespassing in your own apartment - thanks a lot chandler. Also was reported to collections agency and provided with an eviction notice when moved to new apartment within community as they applied 3 months of my rent to old apartment - WHICH WAS OCCUPIED!! do yourself a favor - save yourself from the DUI gauntlet that is abbot road - maggies gets old really fast - forget about getting to class ontime for a 1020 from there if you dont leave at 9:30. free cable sucks too. ooh yeah - heat bill in phase 1 was 200 a month - no insulation and furnace is OUTSIDE in closet!! - when not on - cold air flows freely into apt!!!! SAWEET!!
