Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived here in the same apartment during the 2004-2005 school year and had almost no problems. So I resigned my lease for the 2005-2006 year and I have regretted it ever since. The new neighbors are extremely loud, have not responded to courtesy patrol, management has done NOTHING for my roommate and I besides telling us about problems other buildings are having. Thanks, but I don't care about them, what are you going to do for me'' Stay away unless you are a rich undergrad who doesn't need to study.
