Bottomline, this place breeds deception and greed. It is imperative that you get everything in writing. Things as simply as maintenance and exterminator visits require documentation. Always demand a receipt for rent payments as well as utility payments. Upon move-in, ensure that an inspection of the entire unit is performed. Consider using an outside source to further inspect apartment, and take pictures of entire apartment. Pay special attention to flaws, and turn in the inspection documentation you receive on move-in date.

When you move out of this awful place, clean, clean, clean, and of course, take pictures.

Again, this place breeds deception and greed. They have no shame to their game, and everything wrong will always be your problem.
If the above suggestions are implemented, you may be one of the few and proud survivors of the "chandler zone".

I couldn't agree more.. Deception and greed are the two best words to describe this place... Be prepared to pay much more than just your rent and utilities.
