I felt that this was not an apartment complex, but a really fancy looking dormatory... and a very poorly run one at that. The general manager is younger than I am (and I'm 24). And is completely incompetent. The way this company does the utilities rips you off majorly. You could live on your own somewhere and have cheaper bills. The grounds maintenance isn't too bad... but they wait until the garbage bin is overflowing and reaking (health-hazard) before they do anything about it.

Although the apartments may look nice, they were built very cheaply. You can hear regular conversations from the apartment next to you. You can even hear the tv and, because this is a glorified college dorm, you get the wonderful perk of hearing everyone around you having sex. There are numerous parties around the complex, and there is really no way of getting them to be quiet. This is an MSU undergrad resort... there will be noise.

Also for Cooley students - this complex is run by the MSU schedule... so if you're not careful in preparing your lease, they will make you move during finals week and they will not allow you to stay an extra 5 days or whatever it is that you may need. If you are not going to re-sign w/ them, they are very unhelpful and very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The management there needs much improvement, and the apartments need to be rebuilt (properly) from the ground up.

This is totally accurate - don't live at Chandler's, enjoy college in the dorms over this apartment complex
