The management will never give you a straight answer about anything. The internet rarely works because they refuse to order enough bandwidth. There is no option to increase your bandwidth or to get real high speed. They do not let you contract for your own cable/internet with another company. They dont respond to maintenance requests. They took down the security gates, so anyone can get in. They charge you and extra $5 a month for the privilege of sending you your water/gas bill and wont let you just be billed by the company. There are no meter readings on the gas or electric. This is the worst place I've ever lived!!!

ALSO-- they changed the telephone number at the leasing office and didnt notify residents.

I am very sorry to hear that you have not had a pleasant living experience here. We are excited to announce that The Village at Chandler Crossings is now under new management, and new ownership as well! We have made many improvements since the takeover, including new high speed internet service, water and sewer are included in the rent, and we do not have a $5.00 service fee, as the residents can now put the utilities in their own name! We have an open door policy if you would like to speak to us about any more concerns that you may have. We hope that you will give The Village at Chandler Crossings another try!
