Ok so you rent your own room, don't have to worry about roomies paying rent. Rent includes a CATA bus pass, cable (with 4 channels of HBO and the Big Ten network, internet, water, sewer, and trash. Heat and electric are separate, but I live in a 4 bed apt and between me and my one roomie our whole bill is $100, so we each pay $50. The apartments are fully furnished with full size beds! The kitchens are on the small side in my style, but I have a washer and dryer in my apt. The hot tub is the coolest thing when it snows outside and I love the free printing. There are a bunch of ways to get charged, but I fly low, pay rent and I have only had one problem. They fixed their error, just had to go in and explain what was up and they took care of it. There is so much parking here and I have friends visit from Ohio all the time and park for the weekend. I would recommend the Village and have had several friends sign lease and have great experiences.
