I have been living at the Village for the past 7 months, and I have to say that it is a good place to live. At first I had my doubts especially considering some the past reviews I originally read on this site; and hearing somethings from friends of mine that previously lived here under the old management. However after living here myself, I found that the community is pretty nice. Every place comes with a washer/dryer. There are community events for the residents and the staff is pretty good. It's true that everything hasn't been perfect all of the time, but it seems like the staff tries to stay on top of things most of the time. In most cases they were very cooperative. They even occasionally held focus groups for residents' feedback on apartment living, and I even attended a session. Since then, I've seen vast improvements. It's great to know that the new management actually listens to their residents. Overall, I have to say I am pleased with my experiences here and would say that I would recommend others to live here as well.
