The Village is probably the easiest place to live. You have individual leases so if your roommates don't pay you don't get the late fee. The only extra bill is an electricity bill through consumer's energy (so I don't know why previous posts say you pay trash, water and sewer -- they are all included in rent!!) The staff is easy to work with and the village has an awesome pool. In the summer's they get DJ's for pool parties -- it's great! :) You don't have to worry about guest parking because there is enough spots for everyone! You get a Cata bus pass so going to the bar or downtown E.L. is so easy. All in all I love the Village and am staying next year!
