Great Apartments, Bad Management, Worth It!

I have lived in two 4 bed/ 4 bath apartments in this complex, and moved in originally after visiting friends who lived in the same complex. Here's the run-down:
*It is primarily a college student complex, at least 80% of all residents. In the summer the resort-style pool is spring break every day. There are parties on the weekends, but I have yet to have a neighbor who didn't turn down the music after a single call or knock on the door. If you do have problems, there is always a Courtesy Officer patrolling that you can call.
*All utilities are included except electric. It ran me about $30 in the summer (w/o A/C) and $70 in the winter (that was per person). Internet speed is good, though the management likes to send you notices that stop service until you acknowledge them.
*TONS of parking.
*Washer/Dryer in every unit.
*The apartments are rented by bedroom (each one having a private bath and an individual lock).
*And on the topic of management... The complex went under new management last year and they made needed improvements to the apartment packages, but they didn't remove the MORONS from the leasing office. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR RENT PAYMENTS. I strongly suggest you pay with checks, since you can prove that the easiest. The billing department tends to lose things FREQUENTLY. That's my biggest complaint.
*Great amenities. Lots of free stuff, too much to list. One of the best things they do is include a free bus pass, the #26 line stops right outside building #19; they run frequently and go past the East Lansing bars and into MSU's campus. They even run late on weekends (at least until 2am) so you don't have to take the $4 cab ride home if you don't want to.
*I always felt completely safe. There were two robberies that I heard about- one person lost some stuff off of his ground floor patio, another had somebody walk in through their open (as in not closed, not unlocked) patio door and take their TV. So just be smart and keep your door closed and your stuff inside, and you'll be fine.
Umm... never heard about any bug problems. Maintenance is slow on stuff that isn't high priority (getting new switch-plates vs. your heat going out).
