lived in a 4 bed/4 bath. maintenance was slow (that's putting it kindly) to do much of anything but complain about what you were doing. the apartments themselves were acceptable for the price in terms of size and quality. overall the only unpleasant thing about the place is the incompetence in the front office. misplaced checks, work orders that never got processed, promised incentives never being delivered and for the most part if you needed to do anything other than drop off a rent check the bimbos looked like deer in headlights and were basically useless. i graduated in december and got a subleaser to take over starting in january. i followed the steps of paying the $200 fee (i smiled and took it without lube) and taking the new tenant in to sign over the lease. two months later i got a call telling me that i was late on rent.....wat'
