I lived in a 4 bed/4 bath. maintenance was very slow if they actually came at all. The promise to order parts to come back and fix things and never do. The maintenance man told us that he was part time, how does that work with so many apartments' The apartments where dirty when we moved in, not to mention all the damages for previous lessors. The most unpleasant thing about the place is the incompetence in the front office. misplaced checks, work orders that never got processed, you drop off a rent check to the people at the desk that had no clue how to do the simple task of running a credit card and have no clue the amount you pay. Along with these problems the parking lot is full of potholes that ruin your car and in the winter time the lot is never plowed adequately or salted, so it is always slick. Also when you enter your building there is always holes in the wall along with broken glass and trash because the floors are never cleaned.

wow, you sound bitter. I never had any of those problems...im guessing you dropped off your rent check late!

i completely agree with this review. the maintenance is terrible and the halls in the buildings are always trashed. i got 2 calls last week saying i was being evicted from an apartment that i had never rented, regardless of the fact that 2 months ago i went in and paid $200 and watched my subleaser sign a new lease to take over the room i was renting. STAY AWAY, IT'S NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE
