This place BLOWS!!!

Alright, where to begin' Well I'll give some credit to the parties that go on at the Village, especially in the summer out by the pool. Since that's out of the way, personally my neighbors sucked, they were loud every f'n day and night until my roommates and I made a few appearances upstairs to make them shut the ---- up, this isn't the Village's fault except for the lack of repurcussions after having the police show up every weekend. In the winter, you better have a 4 wheel drive truck or SUV otherwise you're screwed, they don't plow the parking lot for several days after it actually snows. The actual apartment buildings themselves are aesthetically pleasing, but if there's a 10 mph wind or so, it feels as if the apartment building is going to blow over (windows suck too) I swear this place is made out of particle board and scotch tape (not even duct tape!). If you need something fixed (i.e. refridgerator, windows, loose balcony handrail) do NOT call maintenance because they will NOT fix anything. They have promised us they would fix our windows (do not open) since we moved in, I have a 12 month lease and move out in 4 weeks; STILL NOT FIXED!!! called several times about it. Management f'n blows, they charged me double the rent TWICE and were arguing with me that they didn't make a mistake for charging my account twice, they didn't budge to give me back the rent until I threatened them with the Better Business Bureau. However, Sean (apt. manager) seems like he works his ass off, but he works with waaay too many incompetent ----heads to do anything right around there. All in all this place does reallY blow HARD, don't live here. I know it's known as having badass parties and such, but just visit the pool in the summer and don't deal with the -------- that's associated with living in such a --------. I lived in Cedar Village (which everyone knows is a complete --------) but even their management, maintenance, and overall competence isn't a complete loss. If you want to live in a --------, live next to a bunch of 18 yr. olds who don't even go to school (not even LCC), want to commute on the bus every day to school, have your rent ----ed up by management, and want to have a ------ place to stay that pisses you off daily then by all means live at the Village!
