Where do I begin' I subleased a one bedroom in a two bedroom here in the graduate building for only 4 months expecting peace and quiet and a hassle free summer. ON THE CONTRARY! I experienced so much hassle here for no fault of my own. I was falsely accused of not paying my rent; when dealing with accountant Mike, I felt like I was talking to an feeble minded surfer boy with no manners and his staff has the combined IQ and professionalism of a gerbal. I've had notices posted my door inspections and apartment showings at least twice a month! If I were you, I would look at a smaller complex with mature staff and competent management.
