Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
The price is good, but that is about the end of it. On really rainy days the parking lot floods 1-3 feet deep and created $3000 damage to my car, which they took no responsibility for. My doorwall has been broken for 6 months with no maintenance requests being answered. Soon as I get the money I am outta here.
