Ville montee apartments are spacious and very nice at a good price. However, the management is shadey. Our lease began July 1, 2002. They called that day and told us the apartment needed a little work, and that they wanted us to move into another apartment and then move into the correct apartment in 2 weeks. We told them we?d rather wait the two weeks then just move in to the right apartment. On July 15 we moved in and there were large, gaping holes in the ceiling and drywall. Major repairs had just begun. We did not have air conditioning for a month! They were in and out of the apartment with or without us there for over two months.(we did get a months rent free) About 3 months into the lease, our bathroom was having serious problems. Come to find out they never had their septic tank emptied. It was gross. People here leave their trash everywhere especially in other people?s yards. If something is broke, they are very good about fixing it, but it takes them like ten times to get it right! And it?s almost July now, and the pool isn?t even close to be opened.
