I have lived here for going on a second lease and I will be staying here until I find a house! The size of our one bedroom apt. is big--with a gigantic deck and walk in closet. The office staff is about as courtious and prompt as you?re going to get in E.L. Our rent increase was minimal, and I have never had a problem with noise. When we first moved in we had water problems but they were fixed and have yet to have the same problem. Our bathroom ceiling had a water leak and it took them 30 min to get here and quick fix it, and a week and a half to drywall and paint it new. The parking is the only small problem I find here. There is ample guest parking provided by the church behind us (we live in Ville Montee II) but tenent parking seems to always be filled--or close to filled. Close to Campus, US127 and the mall--both Meridian and Eastwood. Overall this is a rather quiet, but relaxed nice apartment complex that is perfect for the twenty to thirty something crowd!
