I read with interest the review stating that "you couldn't have 5 people in your apartment without someone old calling the cops." Guess what? This isn't student housing! Students live here, true, but it's a relatively small percentage of the overall tenants; those that do live here treat it like a home and act like adults. If you want the party atmosphere go somewhere else. Many folks who live here have done so for years, including some MSU professors. It's a good apartment, the price is right, and it's mostly quiet. The staff treats people in a ----for-tat manner, which means I find them friendly, helpful, & responsive.
