Living at Villa Montee has been a wonderful experience for me. I have to move to Rochester for other reasons, but I will miss my cozy apartment here. Martha in the office is by far the most friendly, helpful manager I have yet to meet in any of my renting experiences. My one bedroom is clean and cozy. The A/C cools the entire apt. in about 4 minutes, no kidding! The maintenance staff can always be seen outside working, and are always willing to give me a nice smile and ask how my day is. I will miss this apartment when I move. I highly recommend living here to anyone. The only only thing is that if I moved there over again I would take a second or third level floor. I few little bugs continued to make their way in to my garden level apartment, but the staff was right on it when I said something. Also, very centrally located, both to campus and to expressways. My email is shown and I would be more than happy to answer any questions that someone might have....that is how strongly I feel that this is a good place to live.
