The review is about the apartment, which is located on Rampart way. Its architecture looks unusually nice for E.L., and Villa Montee has one of the biggest rooms among the apt complexes I have seen, probably b/c it's owned and managed by a Canadian Company, not a local one.

I liked the place for lots of space and sunshine. Some apartmens face park, which is even nicer. The kitchen cabinets and bath room are not particlualry modern, but they are clean and well kept.

There is a bus line right across a street, and the place is 30 min of walk from campus.

The manager, Martha, is very friendly and flexible. Once ot twice I had to remind her about my requests, but it in general everything was just fine.

The rent including utility bills was decent compared to other places in E.L. We paid 715 plus 30-50 dollars for utilities for a two-bedroom apt.

This place is mostly populated by graduate students, or working people. I even saw an older couple, who lived there for several years. I never heard loud music. There was a man takin loud bike rides in the night, but the manager dealt with him, and we' haven't heard it any more.
I give full recomendation to this place. I would extent my lease, but I transferred to another university.
