Throughout my 5 years at MSU, I have lived in many different apartments, and these are by far the best. You will not find a bigger apartment for your money close to MSU campus. I rent a 1 Bedroom for $575 a month, and it is over 800 Square feet. That is bigger than most 2 bedrooms!! There are HUGE living rooms and walk in closets. The 26 bus will pick you up out front and drop you off on campus. I live towards the back of the complex, and I NEVER hear the traffic from Abbott Road.

The office staff is very friendly. They make every effort to know your name, and your apartment number. I have only had one problem with maintenance at the very beginning of my lease, and it was taken care of the same day I requested it.

The apartments are not brand new by any means. But they are nice enough looking, and HUGE. The walls must be thick because I live on the first floor and NEVER hear my neighbors.

My only complaint is something that is not their fault. My neighbor smokes up a storm, and it comes in through the vent in our my kitchen. My entire apartment can sometimes stink of cigarette smoke. Because of the venting, I would maybe try to find out if your neighbor is smoker, if possible.

Oh, and if you come home late at night, you may have to walk far to your apartment. The parking lot is always packed, and I have never seen them tow cars that don't belong.

Other than that, I am very happy, and if I was not moving away I would definitely be staying here.
