I have lived in Ville Montee for 4 months and it has been the longest experience of my life. I am stuck until Aug. 08 and i can not wait. First off the parking is horrible, I parked next to the no parking zone and they called a PACE officer and i got a 40.00 ticket. It wasn't posted for the area i was in, and i had only been their for a couple of weeks, no warning or nothing. I asked them to take care of it and the Kelly chick in the front office never once called me back. I have since called twice and no call backs. The apartments are big, i will give them that, but our heating bill for this past month (Nov.07) was $83.00. The windows are old and leak heat, i even have the plastic covers over them you seal with a hair dryer. There is like 40 layers of paint on the walls and doors, I cant even close my bathroom door all the way there is so much paint. My vent fan in our shower is bad, i asked them to fix it and they haven't done anything since. My stove is old and all scratched up, it looks all ghetto. They wont let you get dish network because they "had a bad experience", which i think is a crock of crap. They shouldn't be able to regulate your tv like that. Parking itself is a horrible, if you don't get there early in the afternoon you will have to walk very far to your apartment. I live near the road and its not bad except when the garbage truck or any large truck for that matter drives in the Ville Montee entrance the entire building shakes pretty bad, enough for you to feel when you are standing up...its scary i think something is mess up with the foundation. Well i hope i havent scared anyone too much, i am just trying to inform you so you do not make the expensive mistake i made.....good luck...

I know this guy!!! He parked in front of a sign that says NO PARKING. Doesn't really get any clearer than that. This dude shouldn't be doggin' the entire place based on his stupidity. I've lived here for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about it. Plus the 2 chicks who work in the office are professional and friendly, don't know what the deal is with this guy. Don't be listening to him!
