At first I heard bad things about living here, but when it's crunch time and you have to get a place to live before classes start. We'll you know how it goes.
I took a one bed room, and asked if i could have a short lease. They made a call. And i got a 6 month lease with a choice of month to month after that. I thought i could get better place somewhere else after 6 months.
2 months into the lease my refrigerator broke. They came in looked at it. Left. Then came back with a brand new one. The staff members are nice and work with you. After 6 months i went in to sign the renewal for another year and she didn't raise my rent!
