Woodbrook Village
AVERAGE RATING

I have really enjoyed living here. I moved to East Lansing from D.C. and did not anything about the area and happened to choose this complex after speaking to the managers and looking online. A situation that could have turned out very poorly has actually been very pleasant. Here are some of the positives and negatives I have noticed about the complex -
( )
quiet community
close to MSU,shopping, malls and the freeway
Management is efficient
Nice appliances (dishwasher and fridge)
Pretty cheap ($600 for 2 bedroom)
allows animals
covered parking
(-)
Bugs in Basement during summer and spring
no fitness center
