My experience at this place was horrible. During my stay here I was able to hear my neighbors talk on their phones, and hear there conversations, which means they could hear me and that made me uncomfortable with my private calls (bank accts, credit cards). I was waken up by their alarm clocks. I could sometimes here them use the restroom. There is no privacy in these apartments. I don't even think there is insulation b/n the floors. It seems that a pre-requisite to living here is to play loud music. The neighbors can give a hoot less, even if you tell them to turn it down. I don't think a background search is done. I don't know what these tenants do. I know the ones in my building were very dumb. This place is not quiet at all, essentially you are living w/ your neighbor because you can hear everything.

I found that the quality at this place was poor compared to other models that charge the same price. There is no central air. The only perk I can think of is a car port. Also, for what my roomate and I paid at this place, we could have had a lot more space and 2 bathrooms somewhere else, with central air, which really helps in the summer.

Not a place to have kids b/c of profanity from neighbors can be heard. Similar to a ghetto of some sort with all the loud music and noisy cars, and people shouting at each other outside.

I lived here for quite some time and rarely heard anything from my neighbors. On the occassion I could hear music from downstairs, but that is it. It was obnoxious or anything, it was very faint. Maybe some buildings are better than others.
