I moved in to Woodbrook Village last August, and since then my opinion of their apartments has only improved. I'm actually planning to renew my lease for the coming year. The rent is really low for what you get. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated, you get a free carport, all utilities but electric are included, and in our apartment they even put in new carpet because old stuff was a little worn. The office staff is extremely nice and very helpful. The maintainence is very fast. I've never had anything major break, but the few times we've called them they've been to the apartment within a day. Once they even came at 11:30 at night because we had a problem with our toilet. The grounds outside the apartment are very well kept, in the winter the plowing was almost always done when I left every morning at 7, and the sidewalks were salted just as early. The pool is nice and usually not too busy, and though I haven't used it, my roommate has said the fitness center is nice as well. All in all I would highly recommend Woodbrook to anyone looking to live in a quiet area not too close to campus.
