I lived at Woodbrook Village from 2006-2007. I moved only because my roommate/best friend was moving away and I didn't want to bother finding another roommate so I moved into a one bedroom. I am a student and I loved that fact that this was not just a "student community". To me that means LESS NOISE! And it really was. I loved the office staff and the maintenance guy was great. It is a good price for a nice apartment. There is a small workout center in the office, it is never busy and has just enough of everything you need. I miss my apartment. This is a good choice for anyone. I hope this helps.
