My husband and I moved into woodbrook right after we got married and assumed that it was far enough away from campus that there wouldn't be that many students, but we were wrong. We had constant issues with the neighbors below us who would play there music non stop. The walls were so thin that you could hear anything. Also when we moved out they charged us $400 for total replacement of all the carpet, despite the fact there was only a small stain. I would never live here if my life depending on it. Pebble Creek townhouses next door was full of section 8 housing and seemed like a slum.
