Decently priced, quiet, well kept up, etc. I'm only leaving because my roomie and I are both moving to different cities for jobs. Had a wonderful experience here, never felt unsafe, plenty of extra parking (and covered parking is AWESOME in the winter), snow was cleared promptly, etc. We had very few complaints with our place, and when we did they were addressed immediately. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly and never "lost" any of our requests, even if minor. The only cons are 1.) workout room hours-very limited, I never got to use it because it was only open during the time I was at work. 2.) bugs. They only got bad in the summer, but I have heard other people had problems too, and I hear ground floor is the worst (we were on the second floor). The pantry bugs are a huge pain, and when we complained about it the office staff immediately called an exterminator (he didn't do the job right, but that wasn't the fault of management).
I can't speak as to the laundry units, because I never used them.
I know a lot of reviews on here are scary, and my roomie and I had a tough time finding a place, but I had a wonderful experience at Woodbrook and would definitely recommend it. Also, we had a heat included apartment, and our electricity bill was never over $20 total, whereas at other places people seem to have higher bills. So we didn't have a whole lot of extra expenses.
