Ive lived here almost a year now and I really like it. I moved from a huge complex that had a lot of cool stuff-- like a fitness center and pool and everything-- but it was always dirty and loud and seemed to get worse. This place is a lot nicer.
Even though there isnt a clubhouse or anything (there are only two buildings here) Im really glad I moved here. Its probably the quietest place Ive lived in, and its always kept clean. The apartments arent huge or anything, (I think my apartment is about 500 square feet or so), but its perfect for me-- the bedroom is actually really big and I have a lot of closet space, too, considering the size of the apartment. My kitchens little but its still a whole separate room (not like a stove and fridge sitting in the living room like some places Ive seen!) I also have brand new appliances and just got a new balcony.
Also, my apartment faces a residential street (which is really quiet) and there are pine trees right outside my window. I do kinda miss my old fitness center and all that stuff, but I wouldnt trade my apartment for anything! I would definitely recommend this place to peopleespecially if you are a student who needs to study or someone who wants a quiet place to live.
