Inept Staff, Constant Problems The actual apartments aren't bad and the price is fairly inexpensive, but there are better deals in East Lansing. I would never live there again, however, largely because of the incompetent and rude staff. The student employees aren't that bad

It works!! I have lived a number of places through school and I have finally found a solid place to live. The Village worked to help me get my buddies signed for next year and we have been taking advantage of the pool parties and that sick DJ they had last Friday!

live here I have lived here for a couple of years and things have improved a lot. I haven't had any issues this year. When I first moved in they were changing management and everything was crazy but the new people seem to have their act together. I graduated this year but I would recommend it.

Dealing with the rude staff is not worth it. They were unwilling to deal with any of the normal rental issues. Diane Holland is the most impossible manager to deal with and when I tried to launch a formal complaint they refused to give me any of their names or managers numbers.
