My family lived in a 3 bedroom townhome for about 2 years. It was nothing special. Our bath sink pulled out from the wall one day and we called the office, maintenance came over the next day and looked at the problem and said he would be back. He came back with a wood board which he used to prop up the sink with. That is how it was left. My windows had water leaking all around them, it then turned to mold. I was told nothing could be done because the windows were old and needed replaced. The other thing I didn't like was my neighbors dog leaving a mess whenever he went out. The owners never picked it up. They just let the dog out with no leash or supervision. Supposed to be against the rules, but nobody did anything about it.
