We got a the best deal from the apartments around here. Maintenance is very fast and nice. Grounds are kept clean. We live in the garden floor and yes we did hear the people above us, but what is to expect' They let us plant our own garden out front and decorate it. Great location, close to gas stations, Kroger, Meijer, etc. Right next to the rail trail, too.
