I lived in Oak Creek for about a year. There was mildew growing on the walls and on the window sills. The toilet was loose and I kept record of how many times I called for maintnance and they came out once and did a very poor job. I called back and nothing. I hated it there. It was dirty and not to mention showed me a model apartment and I didn't get to see my hole of an apartment until after I signed. I was expecting something great and I got crap. I recently moved to Village square Apartments and i love it here. I highly reccomend it to anyone of any age. It is great here and the office people are great and I actually enjoy seeing them.
